House Plans / Home design.

Wise Drafting produces high quality house plans so you can build a high quality home, the way that you want it. These drawings are for houses where budget is important but unique design is your need. You can select a simple standard house plan or more complex designs. Brick veneer, light weight cladding, Hebel cladding, colourbond walls are all excellent options depending on your taste and desires.

Energy efficiency / Environmentally friendly.

Environmentally friendly designs can be as simple as orientation, window and eave placement, or as splended as Straw Bale and Timbercrete Brick designs.

Retaining wall / Shed / Pergola / Verandah / Lanscaping plans.

Wisedrafting  can produce your smaller needs in the way of shed plans, retaining walls and other landscaping needs. Certain developments such as Pergolas and sheds may require council approval (check with your local council) design and construction and drawings are essential to this process.

Approval Process

We can assist you with your council approval process if required. This may be a partial or complete service and will be discussed with you in full

3D Computer Modeling Service

Wise Drafting can also provide a 3D modeling for your home through the design process in order to better present the way the home will actually look and work for you.

This is an option for the client and is not related to normal approval and construction. However, it really helps when you can't quite imagine the design and really want that 3D experience.
